rat on computer - 2

(no subject)

Something weird just happened. I clicked on my flist link (it's a shortcut on my toolbar, goes to platypus.livejournal.com/friends), and a LJ password page came up. I entered my password. Then I thought... wtf? There's no reason to put a password page in front of my friends page. That page is publicly accessible. When I get logged out, I find out because I'm not seeing locked entries, not because LJ throws up a page requesting that I log in. I wasn't doing anything that would require authentication. But it was, as far as I could tell, the real (unsecure) LJ login page, http://www.livejournal.com/login.bml.

I changed my password -- might as well -- but the whole thing seems strange.
