"You could pack your ducks," he suggested.
"Maybe," I said. "I don't want my good ducks to get squashed in a box, though, so I'd rather not have them packed for too long. But I could definitely pack books."
Ken agreed. "And you could pack your... tchochkes. What's the word I'm thinking of?"
"Right. That's stuff you won't be needing for the next couple of weeks, so you can just pack it ahead of time and get it over with."
"So knickknacks can be packed."
"To bring to our new home."
