A Picture A Day(ish): October 23

What can I say, it was a lazy day.

Moly naps in the sun beneath our new cellular shade.

I couldn't resist taking a picture of the snail again. I haven't touched it since last time, but the lotus is growing right up around it. The nasturtiums are growing nicely, too. They're all self-seeded from some plants I had on the wall this spring.

Unfortunately, the coreopsis I planted a few weeks ago is dead. I forgot to tell Ken to water it while I was on vacation, and it never recovered. :/
