My utterly predictable answer: the Doctor. I liked the whole "weird guy wandering around getting into trouble" thing when I was eight years old, and I still like it now. I don't feel any particular desire to rank the incarnations; I hate it when fans of one take on the character get into great big wars with fans of another take on THE SAME BASIC CHARACTER. Given the popularity of the Tenth Doctor, I guess this was inevitable, but I am utterly sick of every compliment being paid to Ten coming with a swipe at Eleven, and vice versa. I like them both, and I could not at the moment pick a favorite.
Day 15 - Favorite female character
That's a harder question. There's no one big female character focus for me. There's CJ and Donna on The West Wing, Aeryn on Farscape, Donna on Doctor Who, Scully on the X-Files. They're all pretty awesome.
Day 16 - Your guilty pleasure show
I don't really have any guilty pleasures; I don't watch a lot of TV. I felt kind of guilty about V toward the end there, but it wasn't what I'd call a pleasure.
Day 17 - Favorite mini series
Probably Blackpool. It was fun and bizarre and had musical numbers and David Tennant being Scottish.
Day 18 - Favorite title sequence
I'm quite fond of the RTD-era Doctor Who opening sequence, but I also liked Babylon 5's evolving introduction from season to season. Farscape's was kind of nice, too. See how I dodge these "Favorite" questions?
Day 19 - Best TV show cast
That'd have to be the West Wing, which had a ridiculous quantity of great characters and actors. There wasn't a single member of the main cast that I didn't think was good. Sorkin's writing helped, of course, but even after he left (and the show kind of went to hell) the actors still sold it pretty well.
Firefly also had a good ensemble cast, but they weren't all as strong as the actors on TWW.
Day 20 - Favorite kiss
Erm, I don't know. I'm not really that focused on the kissing. I know John and Aeryn got in some good ones, but it's been ages since I watched Farscape so I really couldn't identify one. Josh and Donna's first kiss on The West Wing wasn't bad, even if the show was kind of fanficcy by that point; it was, at least, surprising.
To be honest, I'm not crazy about the Rose/Handy kiss in Journey's End. He just stands there and she smooshes her nose on him and... that's it? They seemed concerned about showing Rose having some agency, so I understand why they kind of made it her kiss, but after four years it wasn't all that rewarding. There was more actual kissing going on with Madame de Pompadour. Or with Martha; that kiss involved considerably more lip action than strictly necessary to transfer a few epithelial cells.
Day 21 - Favorite ship
Talyn from Farscape gets second place.
Yes, I know this question was looking for a different sort of answer. BUT THAT'S MINE.
Day 22 - Favorite series finale
Day 23 - Most annoying character
Day 24 - Best quote
Day 25 - A show you plan on watching (old or new)
Day 26 - OMG WTF? Season finale
Day 27 - Best pilot episode
Day 28 - First TV show obsession
Day 29 - Current TV show obsession
Day 30 - Saddest character death
